Qualifications:
- Must have 1 year experience as IT Service Desk or TSR or
- Must have 3 years experience as IT Service Desk or Help Desk
- Has experience using ServiceNow (Snow) and Active Directory
- Proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365 and MS Teams
- Has experience in software and hardware troubleshooting, VPN and Citrix
- Excellent English communication skills
- Can start ASAP
