The F & B Service Captain is responsible for handling of the day-to-day operations and works closely with other members of the F&B service team. This position carries out responsibilities in the following function such as to monitor & maintain the order & smoothness of the service operations for the F & B Service Section making sure that everything is within par & up to the prescribed service standard of the Sun Moon Pavilionyou shall report directly to the F & B Service Manager.

Height Required:

Atleast 5'5 Above

Education Required:

· Graduate of any four-year college degree course.

Experience Required:

· At least with 3 years relevant working experience as F&B Service Captain

Other Qualifications and Technical Knowledge/Skills:

· With skills and ability to lead and manage the F&B Service Department.

· Competent to speak English.

· Proficient in oral and written communication, in any foreign language is an advantage.

· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to prioritize tasks.

· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

· Results oriented.

· Has strong service orientation to cater Pavilion's clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php24,000.00 per month
