Job Summary:

Manages all bar operations, including inventory, staff training, and drink recipe creation. Oversees both the coffee bar and alcoholic beverage service.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of HRM or any Bachelor's Degree course.
  • With supervisory experience, preferably in F&B industry for at least 2 years.
  • With knowledge in coffee and bar revenue and profit margin, inventory accuracy & control, and customer feedback and satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership, decision making, people management, customer oriented.
  • Open and willing to work on graveyard/shifting schedules.
  • Willing to be assigned in BARN, CLARK FREEPORT ZONE.
