The Social Media Specialist is responsible for the daily management and optimization of client social media channels, the timely publishing of original and engaging content, and effective use of reporting tools to track performance and maintain documentation. This role supports the team by ensuring all content meets brand guidelines, remains consistent across platforms, and helps drive growth and engagement within digital communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and active monitoring of clients' social media accounts, strictly following
  • established guidelines and brand standards.​
  • Oversee and schedule the publication of high-quality, original content tailored to specific channels (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).​
  • Ensure quality assurance for published content across both desktop and mobile environments.
  • Track and report on tasks and campaign performance metrics.​
  • Participate in ongoing team training, daily standups, and monthly meetings as instructed by team leads.
  • Stay informed about updates and changes to all major social networks to maximize channel performance.​
  • Remain flexible and efficient under shifting deadlines and priorities.​
  • Maintain up-to-date and well-organized technical and campaign documentation.
  • Support teammates across all levels of the organization, contributing to an inclusive, collaborative work environment.​
  • Carry out any additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Required Skills

  • Any graduate (Bachelor's degree) or experience in related field.​
  • 2+ Years experience in social media platforms with basic reporting and workflow management platforms.​
  • Prior internship, academic project work, or freelance experience creating, scheduling, or tracking social media posts is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and publish content on leading social platforms.​
  • Basic understanding of graphic design tools and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).​
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining content quality across all channels.​
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to draft clear, engaging social media copy.​
  • Proactivity and self-direction, with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability to tight deadlines and rapidly-changing social trends.​
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues and cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php25,000.00 per month
