Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and personable outreach specialist to support the continued growth of our business in the UK market. Our skincare brand provides white-label products to salons, spas, and wellness businesses. Known for its friendly, down-to-earth approach and excellent service, you will be an essential part of our outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and identify potential salon and spa clients using Google and online directories
  • Make professional calls to introduce our white-label skincare offerings
  • Qualify leads, gather essential contact information, and assess their interest
  • Send follow-up emails and information packs to warm leads
  • Accurately log call details, outcomes, and follow-ups in a spreadsheet
Requirements
  • You have 3+ years of experience in cold calling or telemarketing, ideally in B2B or the beauty/wellness industries
  • You are a friendly, confident, and quick-thinking communicator with a neutral English accent and a clear phone manner
  • You have a strong internet connection and a quiet work environment
  • You are self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • You have excellent communication and note-taking skills
