Cold Caller - Australian Real Estate Sales

Requirements:

  • Must have their own WFH Set Up (dual monitors required)

  • Must have back up internet and electricity

  • Is willing to use Time Doctor for client security

Job Background:

We are looking for skilled and experienced Cold Caller in the Real Estate Industry. You will be expected to work directly with the sales team with a goal of calling potential customers, nourishing leads, and keeping their database updated with latest information from their customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services, establishing initial contact and rapport.

  • Assess potential leads through strategic questioning to determine if they meet criteria for further engagement, updating relevant CRM records accordingly.

  • Set up callbacks and maintain a timely follow-up schedule to nurture potential leads and keep them engaged.

  • Research, identify, and compile lists of target businesses and individuals for outreach, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

  • Document interaction details, track lead progress, and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts to optimize strategies.
