QUALIFICATIONS:

· Male or Female

· Bachelor's Degree in any related field

· Advanced safety certifications such as Certified Safety Officer (CSO), NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly preferred

· Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing safety management

· Proven track record in developing and implementing safety programs and policies

· Strong understanding of occupational safety standards, local regulations, and international best practices

· Ability to perform risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations

· Knowledgeable in accident prevention, emergency preparedness, and health monitoring

· Experience with safety audits, inspections, and compliance reporting

· Proficient in documenting safety procedures, reports, and training records

· Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of leading safety officers and teams across multiple sites

· Ability to coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure safety compliance

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

· High level of integrity, responsibility, and accountability

· Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions

· Willing to work on-site, travel between project locations, and render overtime as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
