DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform standard and sequence of service procedures.

   1. Greet the guest and assist them to their table once the table is available.

   2. Responsible for setting up the tables, chairs and tablewares after the guests are seated.

   3. Present the menu to the guest, make suggestions based on their preference and upsell food and beverage items from the menu.

   4. Maintain adequate supply of condiments, silverwares, dishes as necessary.

   5. Responsible in requesting jams, butter, burnt syrup, chili sauce and other condiments needed in the dining during operations and closing shift

   6. Ensure that all guest orders are served in accordance with service sequence standards. The Server Assistant must mention the name of the food and beverage that they are serving. Follow up guest orders when there is any delay.

   7. Refill and anticipate all guest needs (e.i water, tissue).

   8. Report to the manager on duty any guest feedback that needs immediate attention.

   9. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the tables and chairs of the assigned area.

   10. Responsible for bussing out and keeping the guests table clean throughout the dining time of the guest; remove plates, glasses, cutleries and other dining wares that are no longer needed and replace them with the appropriate glassware, cutleries based on the guest order.

   11. Offer to package the leftover food of the guest.

   12. Provide guest feedback form together with the bill of the guest. Submit the filled-out form to the supervisor.

   13. Assist the server in processing the payment of the guests as necessary.

   14. Assist the guest on their chair when leaving, guide them to the door, thank them for dining, and bid farewell.

   15. After leaving the guest, inspect their table immediately. Always check for items that guests might have left, and return the item if there's any.

   16. Arrange the table and chairs and prepare the set up for the next guest.

   17. Responsible for preparing all tools and equipment needed for the service operations and in ensuring all linens, service wares and glassware are clean and sanitized prior to use.

1. Assist the servers and ensure that all the guests are provided with exceptional service.

2. Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

3. Anticipate all guest needs including observing their non-verbal gestures.

   1. Delivery of extra plates, serving gears.

   2. Refill of water or beverage.

   3. Provide tissue if needed.

4. Perform opening procedure in the store.

   1. Participates in shift briefing and provides inputs on targets and concerns of the day.

   2. Prepare the dining area, wares, cutleries and equipment.

   3. Check and monitor the temperature of the ice cream cart and ensure ice cream texture meets the standards.

   4. Complete all the condiments and supplies needed for shift.

   5. Clean the table, chairs, floors and whole station area.

   6. Accomplishing endorsement logs via online (cleaning of each station) for reference of next shift.

5. Perform closing procedure in the store.

   1. Clean and prepare the dining area, utensils and equipment for the next day opening.

   2. Conduct inventory procedure (e.i. condiments, glasses, wares and cutleries).

   3. Perform safekeeping procedures on products.

   4. Cover the all cutleries inside the cutlery bin with cling wrap before storing.

   5. Clean the tables and chairs. Ensure all chairs are lifted if applicable.

   6. Turn off all the equipment (e.i. cutlery warmer, point of sale machine, point of sale printer)

   7. Clean the waiter station and complete all the supplies needed for the next day operation.

   8. Clean and empty the trash bins with replaced trash liners.

   9. Ensure that the station is ready for the next opening schedule.

6. Perform side duties (e.i, back-up of cutleries, glasses and wares) as necessary.

7. Report to manager on duty all malfunction equipment or facilities.

8. Perform cleanliness functions in the restaurant as needed.

   1. Sweep, mop and scrub floors and other restaurant areas on a set schedule.

   2. Clean and sanitize equipment and tools on a set schedule.

9. Maintain personal hygiene and wear a prescribed uniform.

10. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
