About the role

We are seeking dedicated and personable Food Servers to join the team at Thai-Streat Restaurant in Ortigas Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Food Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely fashion
  • Ensure tables are promptly cleared and reset
  • Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
  • Assist with other front-of-house duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Food Server or in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry and food service operations
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate weekend and evening shifts
