Ensure systems' reliability, performance, and security while optimising resource use and supporting customer environments.
Work with a hybrid team that requires a combination of solo and team-based work
Manage infrastructure in both physical and virtual environments, automate repetitive tasks, and contribute to a secure, scalable IT foundation.

Responsible for a range of core business activities, including but not limited to:

Microsoft Stack of products: Azure, Microsoft 365 (inc. Exchange, Entra, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive), Windows OS (Servers and EUC), Active Directory.

Cloud Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud solutions that align with business needs and ensure seamless performance.

Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers, ensuring reliable operation and high availability.

Security and Compliance: Implement and monitor security protocols for both on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.

Designing and commissioning solutions that meet our SME customer business requirements.

Produce high-quality written documentation of systems to ensure that colleagues and customers always have the required information.

Job Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or other related courses.
4+ years of working experience in an IT operations role at an MSP.
3+ years of working experience in technical project implementation for SME customers.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic, driven and committed individual with a flexible approach to work
Azure - Provision, configure, and monitor Azure virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components. Implement security measures and manage access controls in Azure.
Microsoft 365 (inc. Exchange, Entra, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive) - System Design and Architecture, Deployment and Configuration, Management and Maintenance, Security and Compliance, and Continuous Improvement
Windows OS (Servers and EUC), Active Directory – Install, Configure and manage Windows server environments, manage patching and security compliance. Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and configuration settings
Extensive experience working with customers, understanding their technical and business requirements and translating these into project deliverables and accurately identifying areas of risk.
Track record of working within project teams to deliver successful complex medium to large-scale IT projects within scope and on time.
Must be willing to work on a shifting / rotational schedule if needed by operations
Must be willing to work during UK hours
Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
