Loans Administration Manager

The incumbent is responsible for the management of processes and people within the Credit and Collection Department.  Specifically:

  1. Ensure that all credit processes and procedures are in place and are updated.

  2. Ensure that loan evaluation is done within reasonable time and in compliance with credit policies.

  3. Ensure that repayment performance of loans granted are maintained within standard.

  4. Ensure that all direct reports maintain competence and reliability in the performance of their tasks.

  5. Prepare and report Department metrics to management for information and decision making.

  6. Supervise direct reports as applicable.

Experience Required

  1. At least 3 years experience in credit and collection from financing companies with exposure in loan evaluation and tracking loan performance.

  2. At least 1 year experience in managerial position.
