Your RoleAs a Senior Account Manager, you will:Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact within the organization. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and strategic objectives. Collaborate with clients on service expansion and upselling opportunities.
Ensure the team meets or exceeds established goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and client service objectives. Oversee the execution of services to ensure they meet or exceed client expectations, contractual agreements, and advanced service levels. Monitor service quality, compliance, and performance against KPIs.
Serve as the voice of the client to internal teams, helping tailor solutions and strategies accordingly. Lead in addressing and resolving client concerns, challenges, and escalations, ensuring timely and satisfactory solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to navigate and resolve intricate obstacles.
Prepare and analyze advanced reports on service performance, highlighting achievements, areas for improvement, and recommended actions. Analyze data and metrics to ensure advanced client satisfaction and service excellence. Ensure advanced contractual compliance and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to address advanced contract-related matters. Identify and manage advanced risks associated with client accounts, developing mitigation strategies and advanced contingency plans. Proactively address potential issues that may impact service delivery.
