The Permit and Compliance Officer is responsible for processing and securing all government permits, licenses, and clearances necessary for project implementation. This role ensures that Safeway projects comply with DOLE, DENR, and OBO regulations and that all compliance reports are submitted accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and secure permits and clearances from DOLE, DENR, Office of the Building Official (OBO), etc.
  • Prepare and submit the Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP) for approval prior to project start.
  • Secure Mechanical, Electrical, and Foundation Permits for each project.
  • Submit monthly and quarterly reports to DOLE and other regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain and update permit tracking and documentation.
  • Coordinate with project engineers and safety officers for permit requirements.
  • Ensure timely renewal and monitoring of all permits.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in permit processing or government liaison work, preferably in the construction or fire safety industry.
  • Familiarity with DOLE, DENR, and OBO processes is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF documentation).
  • Willing to travel to project sites and government offices as needed.
  • Preferably residing within or near North Caloocan.
