The Project Compliance Officer is responsible for securing and managing all permits, clearances, and compliance documents required for project implementation across various locations in the Philippines. This includes coordinating with government agencies such as DOLE, DENR, and the Office of the Building Official (OBO), ensuring that all project activities comply with legal, regulatory, and client requirements.

This role involves extensive coordination, documentation, and frequent travel to project sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and secure Permit to Operate (PTO) from DOLE and DENR.
  • Secure Mechanical, Electrical, and Foundation Permits from the Office of the Building Official (OBO).
  • Prepare, submit, and monitor Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP) applications.
  • Submit monthly and quarterly manpower reports to DOLE.
  • Process and track Safety Pass applications for employees assigned to client sites (e.g., URC).
  • Coordinate and track delivery of documents and cheques to Laguna and other designated offices.
  • Prepare and maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM) Reports for ongoing projects.
  • Ensure all pre-project requirements are completed and compliant prior to project mobilization.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all permits, reports, and compliance submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and government agencies to ensure timely completion of requirements.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in permit processing, project documentation, or regulatory compliance, preferably within a construction, engineering, or fire safety company.
  • Experience working in a government agency (such as DOLE, DENR, or LGU offices) is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in DOLE, DENR, and OBO permitting processes, including CSHP and other construction-related requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently to various project sites nationwide.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Preferably residing within or near North Caloocan
