About the role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team and help drive the success of our renewable energy projects across the Philippines. This is a full-time role where you'll be directly involved in building sustainable infrastructure that makes a real difference in local communities.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and submit all necessary regulatory reports, permits and licenses for renewable projects.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards, and policies of the DOE, ERC, BOI, DENR, LGUs and other regulatory agencies.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and industry bodies to manage submission, renewals or amendments of permits and licenses.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure project's compliance with the existing policies and regulations.
  • Continuously improve the company's compliance framework and practices.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Legal Management or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role, permits, and licenses, preferably in the power generation or energy sector.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standard
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
