DIY Hardware, the fastest-growing home improvement center in the Philippines with over 75+ branches nationwide, is looking for a Store Maintenance & Layout Coordinator to oversee store maintenance, repairs, and layout execution.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee all store maintenance requests, including lighting, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and general repairs.

* Ensure store facilities are in top condition by addressing maintenance concerns promptly.

* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for repair and maintenance work.

* Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize store downtime.

* Assist in store layout execution and planograms, ensuring proper fixture placement and merchandising displays.

* Supervise store signage installations, ensuring proper positioning and adherence to brand standards.

*Maintain records of maintenance activities, repair costs, and vendor agreements.

*Conduct regular store inspections to identify and resolve potential maintenance issues.

*Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget.

* Collaborate with operations and merchandising teams to maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).

  • Experience in store maintenance, retail operations, or facilities management is an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in reading store layouts, blueprints, and 3D modeling software is a plus.

  • Open to fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn.
