Job description:

  • Prepares/revised basic racking using computer aided design software as required.
  • Works with project engineers, contractors and stakeholders to ensure accurate drawings are produced.
  • Writing related technical documents such as material lists and with basic background of cost estimates.
  • Conduct periodic visits to the sites to ensure adherence to design and specifications.
  • Maintaining a library of standard drawing and design layout templates.
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time such as but not limited to preparation and evaluation of Contractors billing, timely site coordination w/ contractors.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Architecture / BSIT in Architectural Drafting.
  • With at least 1-2 years experience in CAD drafting and layout for mall, residential and commercial establishments complete plans and drawings.
  • With basic knowledge in photo editing software like photoshop.
  • With experience in construction management & project coordination.
  • Able to operate AutoCad, Sketch up & MS Office
