Job Summary:

We are looking for an Office Engineer who can oversee daily operations, guide personnel, and ensure tasks are carried out efficiently. The role requires strong leadership and AutoCAD proficiency (2D/3D) for preparing drawings, layouts, and technical documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate tasks with workers and supervisors.
  • Give clear instructions and ensure work is completed on time.
  • Prepare, update, and review 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings.
  • Handle project documentation, reports, and material requests.
  • Coordinate with production and site teams regarding project needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any related field).
  • Skilled fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in industrial or construction settings is an advantage.
