Job Summary Purpose:

The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive training program to new hires. This includes training on effective customer service techniques and product knowledge. The trainer will work closely with the Operations Team and other departments and provide exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct engaging training programs focusing on sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to identify training needs and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting content as needed for continuous improvement.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to LCs, especially in areas such as sales techniques, customer interactions, and product presentations.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and updates in services to ensure training content is current and relevant.
  • Facilitate role-playing and simulation exercises to prepare LCs for real-world scenarios.
  • Track and report on training outcomes, including participant feedback and performance improvements.
  • Maintain a positive and professional learning environment that fosters growth and development.

Key requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales training.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and adult learning principles.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite and training software/tools.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends when required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, or related field preferred.
