General Functions

  1. Training Delivery

  2. Facilitate new hire training (communication skills, product/process knowledge, systems, and tools).

  3. Conduct refresher trainings and upskilling sessions for existing employees.
  4. Use a variety of training methods (classroom, virtual, role-plays, simulations).

  5. Curriculum Development & Maintenance

  6. Develop training materials, modules, and assessments aligned with client/organizational requirements.

  7. Update content regularly to reflect changes in processes, policies, or client expectations.

  8. Assessment & Evaluation

  9. Administer assessments (written, oral, practical) to measure learning outcomes.

  10. Track and report training performance, class progress, and attrition.
  11. Provide feedback and coaching to trainees who need additional support.

  12. Onboarding Support

  13. Help new hires transition smoothly into production.

  14. Work closely with operations, recruitment, and HR to ensure readiness for the floor.

  15. Coaching & Mentoring

  16. Provide one-on-one or small group coaching for employees who need performance improvement.

  17. Partner with Team Leaders/Operations Managers to identify skill gaps.

  18. Reporting & Documentation

  19. Prepare and submit training reports, attendance, and evaluation results.

  20. Maintain accurate training records for compliance and auditing.

  21. Collaboration

  22. Coordinate with Quality, Operations, and HR teams to ensure training effectiveness.

  23. Participate in calibration sessions to align on processes and standards.

  24. Continuous Improvement

  25. Collect feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness.

  26. Stay updated with BPO industry trends, communication techniques, and learning technologies.
