The Operations Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to support process improvements, enhance productivity, and track key performance indicators (KPIs). This role plays a crucial part in driving data-informed decisions across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and sustainability standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze operational data from production, logistics, and supply chain processes
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output efficiency, downtime, yield, and on-time delivery
  • Identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies in current operations and recommend actionable improvements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of process changes and system improvements
  • Monitor operational compliance with internal policies and sustainability goals
  • Prepare regular business review reports and ad hoc analysis for management decision-making
  • Assist in benchmarking performance against industry standards and internal targets
  • Handle or assist both in short-term and long-term projects, as required
  • Assist in business development plans, as needed
  • Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or data analytics, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG sectors.
  • Experience in a continuous improvement or process monitoring role is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization and analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of process mapping, lean methodologies, or Six Sigma (an advantage).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
