Qualifications

At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate

Minimum 6 months of GDS experience, gained through:
School certification/OJT/Actual work experience (preferred)

GDS experience may include any of the following systems: Sabre, Abacus, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan, Apollo, Farelogix, or other GDS platforms used for flight booking, fare search, ticketing, or reservations

Willing to work on shifting schedules

Amenable to work onsite in Alabang

What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative for our Travel Campaign, you will:

* Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and ticket modifications using GDS

* Provide support with fare searches, refunds, reissuance, and itinerary updates

* Ensure accuracy in booking entries and comply with airline/agency policies

* Deliver professional and empathetic customer service to travelers around the world

* Use your GDS knowledge to recommend the best routes, fares, and travel solutions based on customer needs
