The Insurance & Protection Advisor provides guidance to clients in choosing suitable insurance plans based on their needs and goals. You will be trained to offer protection solutions, conduct consultations, and build long-term client relationships.

This position is open for part-time or full-time involvement.

• Conduct client consultations to understand financial protection needs

• Share appropriate insurance programs aligned with client situations

• Provide policy servicing, support, and regular follow-ups

• Join learning sessions, product briefings, and skills training

• Uphold compliance with industry standards and ethical practices

• Bachelor's degree holder (any field)

• Residing in Luzon

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Willing to learn, be trained, and pursue licensure

• Not connected to any MLM/networking organization

• Customer-focused and professional in dealing with clients

• Flexible work arrangement (remote/hybrid depending on team)
