Key Responsibilities

Your primary goal is to drive sales and grow market share within the construction and infrastructure sectors by providing expert technical solutions.


Core Duties:

  • Generate New Business: Actively identify and develop new sales opportunities and meet or exceed all sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Technical Consultation: Serve as the technical expert, providing solution recommendations and demonstrations to consultants and contractors.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare and submit accurate technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with key clients, consultants, and government bodies.
  • Project Oversight & Collaboration: Monitor ongoing projects to ensure technical compliance, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., design, procurement) to align services with client needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies through market research.
  • Field Activities: Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and technical clarification sessions as required.
  • Compliance: Ensure all technical interactions adhere to strict health, safety, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications

You'll need a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field, such as Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.


Experience & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a role like technical sales, project engineering, or construction solutions.
  • Deep understanding of construction materials, equipment, and technical specifications.
  • Adept at interpreting technical documents including engineering drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and overall project requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Proficiency in relevant software like MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Strong ability to solve problems and negotiate effectively.
  • A valid driving license is required, as the role involves site and client travel.
