What You'll Do:

As a Travel Consultant, you will be at the heart of our travel management services. Your role will include:

  • Managing travel arrangements for corporate and leisure clients, both domestic and international
  • Booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services using global reservation systems (GDS: Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)
  • Providing expert advice and personalized itineraries that align with client preferences and policies
  • Ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience by handling changes, cancellations, and travel emergencies with speed and accuracy
  • Building lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service and proactive travel solutions
Who We're Looking For:
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant/Travel Agent, or in a similar role in the travel industry (only candidates with a minimum of 3 years total travel industry and GDS experience will be processed)
  • Skills: Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo), strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Attitude: Client-focused, solutions-oriented, and committed to service excellence
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not required if you have relevant experience
  • Work Style: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with team members and corporate clients
