IGT is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our vibrant team In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for travelers, providing exceptional customer service and support through chat, email, and voice in our 24/7 operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate.
  • 1- 2 years of experience with GDS tools, preferably
    Sabre and/or Amadeus
    .
  • A passion for customer service and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work on shifting schedules.
  • Willingness to work on-site at NORTHGATE, ALABANG, Muntinlupa City.
  • Availability to start immediately
