Digital Marketing Specialist
We're now looking for a
smart, strategic, and creative growth partner
to expand our
Instagram and Facebook
reach, build visibility with the
right
audiences, and help us connect with aligned influencers and community pockets across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Grow our Instagram and Facebook followers with a targeted, conversion-minded strategy — not vanity growth
  • Increase likes, saves, shares, and profile engagement
  • Build and manage content funnels, including strategic use of highlights, stories, reels, and CTA-driven captions
  • Research, vet, and pitch influencers in the relationship, lifestyle, mental health, and parent niches based on audience quality and engagement rate
  • Organically engage in Facebook groups and relationship-focused communities (with discretion and brand voice)
  • Use analytics to guide what's working and optimize campaigns weekly
  • Report on key KPIs: follower growth, post reach, engagement rate, click-throughs, etc.
  • Test and iterate audience-building strategies with a performance mindset (hashtags, collabs, giveaways, reels, pinning, etc.)
  • Posted or engaged in Instagram and Facebook Groups for organic growth

Requirements

  • Proven success growing product-based or e-commerce brands on IG and Facebook (bonus: DTC or wellness/relationship niche)
  • Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian audiences
  • Strong influencer outreach experience (with ROI focus)
  • Great design ability (Canva, CapCut, or working with graphic designers)
  • Knowledge of funnels, lead magnets, and social-driven conversion
  • You're results-oriented but human in your tone and style

What Success Looks Like

  • 10k+ Instagram followers in the first 6 months from high-intent users
  • Facebook community engagement drives opt-ins and sales
  • Strategic influencer partnerships (micro and macro) that convert
  • You build the systems that make growth repeatable, not just random

  • Homebased
  • M to F, 9pm to 6am PH time
