JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about digital marketing to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that drive user acquisition, increase brand awareness, and enhance engagement across multiple digital platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to promote PayPerClipClub, targeting both content creators and fans.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to inform data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
  • Support the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content drafting and template design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing the company website, including regular content updates and implementation of SEO best practices.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing, social media, and content monetization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • • Strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • • Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with social media management tools.
  • • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
  • • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Prior experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus, but not required.
