Job description:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of all project phases, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, cost, and schedule requirements. This role leads cross-functional teams, manages contractors and consultants, and drives coordination among stakeholders to achieve timely turnover of residential, parking, and common areas.

The Senior Project Manager exercises full decision-making authority over project execution strategies, budget adherence, and risk management, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Professional License (e.g., Civil Engineer, Architect) is required
  • Postgraduate degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role

Employment Terms:

  • Job Status - Regular
  • Work Schedule - 9:00AM to 6:00 PM
  • Work Location - Project Site (Sunrise Drive, MOA Complex, Pasay City)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Construction project management: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Leadership or senior management role: 5 years (Preferred)
