POSITION: SENIOR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / PROJECT DIRECTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Selling and Strategic Planning from conceptualization to turnover of Costa Del Hamilo Residential Projects and Highlands Prime.
  • Enhancement Projects in Pico de Loro and Tagaytay Highlands including Amenities, Facilities, Infrastructures, etc.
  • Lead the identification and assessment of potential projects, conducting feasibility studies, market analysis, and risk assessments to determine the viability and potential returns on investment.
  • Develop comprehensive project development strategies aligned with the organization's objectives, considering financial, technical, regulatory, and environmental factors.
  • Oversee the creation of detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Conduct financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and fundraising efforts to secure financing for the project.
  • Identify suitable project sites and negotiate land acquisition or lease agreements.
  • Implement effective project monitoring systems, track progress, and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience from 5 to 7 years in project development and management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
  • Preferably with exposure in Vertical and Horizontal projects.
  • Experience in Beachfront Development is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of project development processes, including feasibility studies, financial analysis, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry-specific regulations and best practices.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
