JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Communicates effectively the goals and direction of the management to the team
  • Manages the overall performance of the team and its members in relation to the business need, organization plans, employee development and engagement
  • Ensures implementation of plans and initiatives which support the organizational and departmental targets of EDD, evaluate effectiveness and adjust if necessary
  • Develops strategies which balance short-term requirements and long-range business plans on Stakeholder Management, Business Leadership, Risk Management, Innovation and etc.
  • Identifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided
  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of the department

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 15 years industry experience and/or 5 years related experience in handling multiple project
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. A Postgraduate Diploma or Master's Degree is considered an asset
  • A valid professional license is essential
  • Must have experience in planning, overseeing and leading multiple projects from conceptualization through completion
  • Working knowledge in using MS Office and MS Project
