We are looking for a highly organized, efficient, and communicative Loan Processor to facilitate coordination between our organization and an external entity. In this position, you will serve as the key point of contact, working to optimize operations, address concerns, enhance communication, and ensure a mutually beneficial relationship between both parties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Management

-Ensure timely submission and completeness of borrowers' requirements upon loan application

-Review, verify, and organize borrower documents in compliance with HDMF and company standards.

-Monitor and follow up on lacking or updated requirements.

  • Borrower Evaluation

-Assess borrowers' income capacity and eligibility based on submitted financial documents.

-Prepare the Borrower's Evaluation Sheet (BES) prior to loan contracts encoding

  • Loan Document Preparation

-Prepare and print loan documents for borrower signing.

-Ensure all forms and agreements reflect accurate loan details.

-Facilitate borrower signing and explain key process during loan application with Pag-IBIG

  • Technical and Inspection Coordination

-Prepare technical requirements for unit inspection requests.

-Coordinate with the Projects Team for scheduling and completion of inspections.

-Coordinate schedule with Pag-IBIG for unit inspection

  • Transmittal and Endorsement

-Create transmittals for MSVS filing and approvals.

-Endorse signed loan documents for company representative signatures and notarization.

-Maintain accurate records of transmittals and signed documents.

  • Loan Folder Management and Submission

-Compile and prepare borrowers' complete loan folders for transmittal for the annotation of title

-Process online housing loan applications before submission to HDMF (Pag-IBIG).

  • Client and Internal Coordination

-Inform borrowers of loan approval and requirements.

-Coordinate with Sales, Documentation, and Engineering on loan concerns.

-Ensure clear communication and timely account updates.

  • Compliance and Reporting

-Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and HDMF guidelines.

-Maintain updated loan trackers and submit regular progress reports.

-Safeguard borrower information in compliance with data privacy standards.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Solid background and expertise in real estate industry practices.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City and report to the project site when needed.
  • Proficient in basic MS Office applications for organizing data and preparing reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with financial institutions and LGUs.
  • Familiarity with Pag-IBIG loan processing.
