Arisit is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Website Administrator to manage and maintain product-related content across its Shopify-powered eCommerce platforms and internal portals. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless, accurate, and engaging digital shopping experience for customers and retail partners alike.

You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, design, and development—making this a great fit for candidates with a strong technical foundation and collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory on the Spare Parts Shopify portal
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, development, and design) for coordinated platform updates
  • Assist in maintaining product categorization and inventory data
  • Support the Prosys sales portal, ensuring product and pricing updates are accurate and timely
  • Implement seasonal promotions, campaign pages, and banners in coordination with marketing
  • Troubleshoot listing or platform-related issues as they arise
  • Stay up to date on Shopify features, tools, and best practices to optimize performance
  • Apply SEO best practices for product visibility where applicable
  • Coordinate updates to marketing materials across both portals

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms, preferably Shopify
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Comfortable managing large volumes of product data
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Tertiary education or equivalent work experience

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and product optimization
  • Experience with catalog-based product listings
  • Willingness to learn Shopify Liquid, JavaScript, or other front-end technologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
