Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical leads, and end-users.
  • Ensure project milestones are met within agreed-upon timelines and budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress continuously.
  • Address potential risks and issues, offering effective resolutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure deliverables are aligned with business requirements and company standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of SAP products such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ARIBA, etc.
  • Good understanding of SAP Public Cloud Implementation
  • Experience with total product landscapes (SAP and non-SAP systems exchanging information).
  • Experience in the FCMG domain is an added advantage.
  • High-level understanding of the SAP integration and development tools, platforms such as API, CPI, BTP, etc.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management, including at least two full-cycle SAP implementations in S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the S/4HANA implementation tool set provided by SAP [Roadmap viewer, Signavio, etc.]
  • Strong understanding of S/4HANA data migration strategies and ETL tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, team management, and multitasking skills.
