Role: SAP FICO Senior Manager

Office: Makati -Hybrid 1x to 2x RTO

Work days: Mon to Fri (DayShift)

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP FICO Senior Manager to lead our financial systems transformation and optimization initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving business value through SAP Finance and Controlling modules, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of financial processes, IFRS/GAAP standards, and internal controls.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA FICO modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP certification in FICO is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, etc.).
  • Manage a team of SAP consultants and analysts, providing mentorship and performance oversight.
  • Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process automation within finance operations.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and Finance leadership to align technology with business strategy.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
