We are looking for an experienced ABAP Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA projects, drive solution design, and manage offshore delivery with occasional onshore involvement. The role includes overseeing enhancements, project execution, issue resolution, and ensuring quality, on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development, design, and testing of SAP BTP and S/4HANA WRICEF solutions.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Mentor and coach team members, contribute to pre-sales, and lead client workshops.
  • Drive innovation and recommend best practices for solution development.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Strong hands-on expertise in ABAP Cloud, CDS, OData, Gateway, RESTful ABAP, IDOC, Adobe Forms, ABAP OO, BOPF, Workflows, Forms, and ATC.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversions, and custom code remediation.
  • Experience with Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk) and solution design.
  • Team management, bug fixing, and troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Foundry, SAP functional processes, and Clean Core practices.
