Job Title: Compliance Analyst

Salary Range: Php 40,000-50,000

Working hours: 6am - 2:30PM PHT

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Knowledge

Understand and follow core compliance or AML/CFT processes with supervision. Apply basic compliance tools and procedures accurately in daily tasks. Complete assigned compliance activities under guidance, adhering to regulatory instructions.

Data Integrity

Carefully check own work for errors before submission. Maintain accurate records and promptly correct any identified issues. Ensure all data entered into systems is complete and accurate.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Identify straightforward issues in documentation or processes and seek support to resolve them. Suggest small improvements to processes when guided. Escalate issues appropriately to senior team members.

Audit and Assurance Capability

Support audits by gathering data and maintaining accurate documentation. Complete assigned audit tasks accurately and on time. Assist in preparing audit and compliance review materials.

Systems and Digital Literacy

Accurately enter and retrieve data from compliance systems with supervision. Use required software (e.g., CRM, Excel, SharePoint) correctly for day-to-day tasks. Seek clarification when unsure about system processes.

Reporting and Documentation 

Complete simple reports and templates accurately with guidance. Maintain consistency in documentation and follow internal standards. Assist in preparing client-ready reports for compliance audits and reviews.

Time Management / Deadline Achievement

Meet deadlines for assigned tasks with support and reminders. Manage straightforward tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion. Prioritise daily work as directed by leaders.

Attention to Detail / Accuracy

Carefully check own work for obvious errors. Complete forms and records accurately and thoroughly. Follow checklists and quality assurance steps as provided.

Qualifications:

  • A 3-year completed qualification.
  • Exceptional organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to compliance processes.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing multiple tasks.
