Compliance Associate

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Office Administration, Finance, Law, or a relevant area.
- 1-3 years of experience in a compliance or audit role, demonstrating a strong understanding of compliance principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and develop effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the integrity and reliability of all compliance-related activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute compliance testing plans to assess the effectiveness of the company's compliance program. This includes identifying potential compliance risks, designing test procedures, conducting testing, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions.
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation, gathering information, and responding to audit inquiries.
- Stay abreast of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the company's business activities. Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their impact on the company's compliance program.
- Maintain and manage the company's compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials. Ensure that all compliance documents are accurate, up-todate, and readily available.
- • Execute test procedures, gather evidence, analyze findings, and document results with meticulous attention to detail.
- Compile and present clear and concise reports detailing test findings, including recommendations for corrective actions and improvements to our compliance program.
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, analyzing their potential impact on our operations and compliance program.
- Manage and update our collection of policies, procedures, and training materials, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in our compliance program and recommend solutions to enhance its effectiveness.
- Other duties as assigned.
