  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: ₱30,000 - ₱40,000 per month

Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and develop new clients through market research and lead generation.
  • Schedule and attend client visits primarily in Cavite, Batangas, and Laguna.
  • Accompany senior staff on client meetings to gain product and business knowledge.
  • Prepare proposals and support business development initiatives.
  • Assist in other sales-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Sales or related experience (e.g., purchasing) in a Japanese trading or manufacturing company.
  • Proficient in business English.
  • Basic Japanese language skills is an advantage.
  • Residing near Laguna or Cavite is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, approachable, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work well in a multicultural team.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to PHP 50,000/month, plus 1-month annual bonus.
  • HMO, 10 VL days, 8 SL days.
  • Company shuttle/car pick-up service from Science Park.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 8-hour workday (1-hour lunch break).
