Non-Life Insurance Cashier

EDUCATION:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Preferably Less than 1 year experience in Cashiering (Non-Life Insurance)
- Fresh Graduate
JOB SUMMARY:
Analyze and record all transactions with optimum accuracy to fairly represent the operations of the Company and maintain the same for reference.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of Check Voucher and Check with Daily Cash Position Report.
- Petty Cash Fund Custody (at least one replenishment should be made within the month).
- Cash Position Report for the week.
- Preparation and Payment of Government Remittances (SSS, HDMF & PHIC contribution and loan)
- Preparation and Payment and filing of BIR Forms (Payment when Tax is due).
- Encoding of Sales (AR) in Bizbox.
- Encoding of Cash Recipients in Bizbox.
- Updating of accounts payable schedule (phone, utilities, suppliers)
- Monthly report on Sales, Receipts & A/R with aging.
- Inventory Report - counterchecking and evaluation of date; report preparation. Bank Reconciliation.
- Preparation of Monthly Financial Statement.
- Preparation of annual sales and other requirements for the renewal of Business
- Permit and other pertinent certifications.
- Preparation of Annual Financial Statement
