  • Manage claims documentation and follow up on reimbursements or approvals.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy.

Life Insurance Staff

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell life insurance policies (term, whole life, endowment, etc.).
  • Guide clients in selecting the most suitable policy based on needs and risk profile.
  • Process applications and ensure underwriting requirements are met.
  • Explain policy terms, riders, and benefits to policyholders.
  • Assist in claims processing and support beneficiaries during claims settlement.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients for renewals, updates, or upselling.

Travel Insurance Staff

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Explain travel insurance products (single-trip, multi-trip, international coverage, etc.).
  • Provide quotes, process applications, and issue policy documents.
  • Assist clients with travel-related claims such as trip cancellations, lost luggage, medical emergencies abroad, etc.
  • Coordinate with assistance providers or partners globally for emergency support.
  • Stay updated with travel advisories, visa regulations, and policy exclusions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Offer general insurance products based on client needs (vehicles, homes, businesses, etc.).
  • Evaluate risks, prepare quotes, and issue policies.
  • Conduct renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Process and monitor claims (e.g., accidents, fire, theft, liability cases).
  • Provide ongoing client support and risk management advice.
  • Ensure all underwriting and documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
