About the Role: As a Life and Wealth Coach, you'll help clients achieve long-term financial security and peace of mind by offering life, non-life, and health insurance solutions tailored to their needs. These include personal protection, investment-linked plans, health coverage, and vehicle/travel-related insurance. You'll be trained to provide expert financial guidance, build meaningful client relationships, and enjoy the benefits of a flexible, commission-based setup. Including incentives, mentorship, and travel opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client consultations and financial needs assessments
  • Recommend suitable life, health, and non-life insurance solutions
  • Build your personal brand and grow your networkStay updated with compliance standards and product training

Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates, career shifters, and undergraduates
  • Must be coachable and committed to attending training
  • Willing to take a licensure examination (support provided)
  • Goal-driven, people-oriented, and eager to learn
