Main Responsibilities:

The Researcher/Document Controller will support the ESG Department in collecting, analyzing, and organizing data, as well as managing documentation related to sustainability, compliance, and reporting. The role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of ESG-related documents and provides research support for projects, initiatives, and reporting requirements.

Research Functions:

  • Conduct research on ESG-related policies, regulations, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Gather and analyze ESG data (environmental impact, social programs, governance practices) from internal and external sources.
  • Prepare research summaries, briefing notes, and reports to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in monitoring ESG trends, stakeholder expectations, and sustainability risks.

Document Control Functions:

  • Manage the storage, organization, and version control of ESG-related documents, reports, and records.
  • Ensure compliance with internal documentation standards, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and update ESG-related certifications, permits, and compliance records.
  • Support in preparing ESG reports, disclosures, and submissions for regulatory bodies, auditors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Management, Social Sciences, or related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in research, documentation, compliance, or ESG-related functions
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines
  • Able to physically work at the Head Office in BGC, Taguig City as required
