What you'll be doing

  • Compiling Client Documents for Application (CARF)
  • Creating Quotation for Clients
  • Collecting & Compiling of Client Documents for the Project (Contracts, ID's, Land Title, PDCs)
  • Handling of Client Concerns & Troubleshooting
  • Introducing & Explaining to Clients about Solar Power & the products & services that we offer
  • Administrative Tasks (Office Utilities Billing)
  • Purchase & Inventory Tracking of Office Supplies
  • Maintaining Office/Store Cleanliness & Organization

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management software
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or project coordination role, preferably within the energy or construction industry
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail
  • Willing to undergo training in Ian Smart Energy Corp. at Imus Cavite Branch
  • 1-2 months training with meal allowance
  • Accommodation provided by the company
  • Monday to Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Willing to start on August 15, 2025
