The Dining Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, and overall guest satisfaction. This role involves supervising dining staff, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and coordinating with kitchen and management teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Dining Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food service operations, safety regulations, and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Willing to undergo training
  • Willing to be assigned in Robinsons Ermita

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
