Work timings: 9 hours (excluding breaktime) 6 days work week

Overall Job Objectives

We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Dining Entertainment Specialist who is passionate about hospitality and live performance. This role is a blend of front-of-house customer service and live entertainment—serving as a Performance Artist who engages guests through singing, dancing, and hosting, while also ensuring smooth F&B service operations. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall dining experience through both service and entertainment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Greet and host guests with enthusiasm, ensuring a warm and memorable welcome.
  • Perform live entertainment such as singing or dancing to engage and delight guests.
  • Act as the outlet's host while assisting in basic front-of-house duties, including seating, order coordination, and guest interaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of all menu items and promotions to recommend and upsell effectively.
  • Handle guest feedback or issues tactfully, escalating to superiors when needed.
  • Support outlet promotions and marketing efforts through active guest engagement.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand with energy and a positive attitude.

Job Specifications

  • Prior experience in F&B, customer service, or live performance is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in engaging with diverse guests.
  • Outgoing personality with strong stage presence and a passion for entertaining.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Pass will be arranged and provided by the company.

  • Provide a memorable guest experience through hosting and live performance.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of F&B service and guest satisfaction.
  • Promote and upsell menu items confidently and knowledgeably.
  • Support outlet managers in service improvement initiatives.

Salary Package (6-Month Contract - Performance Artist / Dining Entertainment Specialist):

  • SGD 1,000 basic salary
  • SGD 1,000 guaranteed commission (or whichever is higher)
  • Company-provided housing (2 pax sharing per room)
  • Work Pass included
  • Contract penalty of SGD 2,000 applies for early termination
  • A total of SGD 2,000, less15% (300sgd) tax deduction = SGD 1,700

Special Note: The next available slot for successful hires for this role will be in January 2026
