Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, organize, and refresh guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms according to 5-star standards and brand guidelines.

  • Handle guest belongings with the utmost respect and discretion.

  • Restock housekeeping carts and maintain cleanliness of storage areas.

Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience in a luxury or 5-star hotel environment required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in work.
  • High level of personal grooming and presentation.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of guest privacy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced, guest-centred environment in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and frequent movement between floors/guest rooms.
