Job Role: Duty Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Duty Attendant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, handling laundry duties, restocking supplies, and responding promptly to guest requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize assigned areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Handle laundry duties and manage linen/services as required
  • Restock supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in handling laundry duties and related tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Prior experience or ability to undergo training in a similar role
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
