Position Summary:

The Housekeeping / Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall orderliness of public areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces of the building. The role requires attention to detail, discipline, and the ability to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for tenants, employees, and visitors.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain assigned public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, staircases, and restrooms.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (vacuum, floor polisher, etc.) properly and safely.
  • Report any damages, repairs, or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
  • Follow safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms or event areas when required.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Male, 18–35 years old (requirement specific to this role).
  • At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate.
  • With or without housekeeping experience (training will be provided).
  • Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and manual tasks.
  • Knowledge of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment is an advantage.
  • Hardworking, reliable, and willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasay City
