Sales Account Executive

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving business growth by generating new clients and managing existing accounts within the freight forwarding and logistics industry. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent client relationship management skills, and a solid understanding of freight forwarding services. The position reports directly to the Owner and plays a key role in supporting the company's strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or any related field (preferred).
- At least 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within a
freight forwarding or logistics
company. - Strong knowledge of freight forwarding services (air, sea, customs brokerage, trucking, warehousing).
- Proven ability in client acquisition and account retention.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits when needed.
